These are the terms that apply when you buy a pay-per-view ticket from us and watch one of our streams. They are written in plain English on purpose. If anything is unclear, email us before you buy.
1. Who we are
MGK Sports Media films, produces and streams boxing and combat-sports events, and sells pay-per-view access to them on this website on behalf of the event promoters. When you buy a ticket, your contract is with MGK Sports Media.

2. These terms
By buying a ticket you agree to these terms. They also apply to anyone who watches using your ticket, and it is your responsibility to make sure they follow them. The version of these terms shown on this page when you buy is the one that applies to that purchase. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.
3. Age
You must be at least 18 years old to buy a ticket. Our events are combat sports and are sold with a payment card, so we treat every purchase as made by an adult. This website is not aimed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information about them; if you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
4. What a ticket gives you
- Access to the live stream of the event named on the ticket, on this website, from when the broadcast starts.
- Access to the replay of that broadcast for the replay window shown on the event page (usually 7 days from the end of the live event). After the window closes the replay is removed and cannot be restored.
- Viewing on one device at a time per ticket: you can move between your own devices (the most recent one to open the link takes over and the other stops), but two people cannot watch at once on one ticket. The ticket is for personal, non-commercial use by you and your household. It does not allow public showings (pubs, clubs, gyms, venues) or any commercial use. Email us if you want a venue licence.
Your ticket is the watch link we email you after payment (and show on the confirmation page). It is unique to your purchase, so keep it private: anyone with the link can watch as you. If we see a link being shared widely, we may stop it working, and we will not refund tickets that have been shared.
5. Price and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Payment is taken at the time of purchase by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe, our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details. The payment appears on your statement under the name of the Stripe account that processes our sales. If a price is obviously wrong because of a mistake, we may cancel the purchase and refund you in full before the event.
6. Cancellation and refunds
A ticket is digital content that you ask us to make available straight away. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to change your mind about an online purchase, but you lose that right for digital content once you have asked for it to be supplied immediately and acknowledged that the right is lost. You do this at checkout. That means:
- Tickets are non-refundable if you change your mind, cannot watch at the time, miss the event, or do not like the content or the result.
- If the event is cancelled before it starts, we refund every ticket in full, automatically, to the card used.
- If the event is postponed, your ticket is valid for the new date. If you cannot make the new date, ask for a refund within 7 days of the new date being announced and we will give you one.
- If the stream fails on our side (our camera, encoder, venue connection or streaming service) and you could not watch a substantial part of the event, we will put it right. Depending on what went wrong we will restore your access, extend your replay window, or refund you in part or in full. Ask within 24 hours of the end of the live event, or before the replay window closes for a replay problem, quoting your ticket code.
- Problems caused by your own internet connection, device, browser, or by watching in a place where the stream is not available are not grounds for a refund, though we will always try to help you get it working.
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually show within 5–10 working days. Refunding a ticket switches off its watch link immediately. These rights are in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which say digital content must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality.
7. Live events are live
We stream from the venue on the night. Start times are estimates; events can start late, over-run or finish early, and the order of bouts can change. Fight cards are subject to change: fighters withdraw through injury, weight or medical checks, sometimes on the day. A change to the card, a short-notice replacement or a bout that ends early is not grounds for a refund. If the feed is interrupted we will reconnect as quickly as we can, and the replay will include everything that was broadcast.
8. What you must not do
- Record, download, screenshot, screen-capture or otherwise copy any part of a stream or replay.
- Re-stream, mirror, broadcast or show a stream to the public, or make it available on any other website, app or social network.
- Share your watch link, sell it or give it away, or try to get around the one-device limit.
- Use bots, scrapers or automated tools on this website, or attempt to access our systems other than through the pages we provide.
Streams may carry a visible or invisible mark that identifies the ticket they were watched with. If you break these rules we may switch your ticket off without a refund, refuse future purchases, and recover any losses we suffer from you.
9. Our content
Everything we stream, and everything on this website, belongs to MGK Sports Media, the promoters, the fighters, or the people who license it to us. Buying a ticket gives you permission to watch it under these terms and nothing more.
10. Our responsibility to you
We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law says we cannot limit. Otherwise, if we fail to provide what you paid for, our total liability to you for a ticket is limited to the price you paid for it. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable when you bought, for your internet or device not being good enough to watch, or for events outside our reasonable control such as power cuts, venue problems, severe weather or failures of third-party services, although in those cases we will still deal with refunds as set out in section 6.
11. Chargebacks
If something is wrong, please contact us first: we fix most problems within hours. A chargeback raised with your bank for a stream that was watched, or without contacting us, will be disputed with evidence of access, and we may refuse future purchases.
12. Your privacy
We only collect what we need to sell you a ticket and show you the stream. Our Privacy Policy explains what we hold, why, and your rights.
13. Promoters and venues
Promoters who want MGK Sports Media to film and stream their event work with us under a separate agreement. These terms are for ticket buyers. To book us, see the Contact page.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes apply to purchases made after they are published; the terms in force when you bought your ticket continue to apply to that ticket.
15. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales, or in the courts of Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there. If you have a complaint, email us and we will try to resolve it within 14 days; you can also get free advice from Citizens Advice.
